How do I ensure my coffee stays fresh after opening?
To maintain peak flavor, store your coffee in an airtight, opaque container at room temperature. Avoid refrigeration or freezing, as moisture and odors can compromise the bean quality.
When will my coffee be roasted and shipped?
We roast to order to ensure maximum freshness. Most orders are roasted and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your beans leave our roasting facility.
What is the Peet's Coffee return policy?
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our Customer Experience team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes, our Peetnik Rewards subscription allows you to schedule regular deliveries of your favorite blends. You can customize the frequency, swap products, or pause your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Are Peet's Coffee pods compatible with my brewer?
Our K-Cup pods are compatible with all Keurig K-Cup brewers. We also offer Espresso Capsules that are designed for use with Nespresso Original machines.
